Description
In this course, students learn to develop and evaluate business models and business plans.
Objectives
This course offers participants the opportunity to learn to develop and evaluate business plans and business models.

Learning methods
This course is based on a learning-by-doing approach. Students will work in teams on developing (and iteratively improving) a business plan or business model. They can choose their own business idea and team. This course is NOT a lecture: Most of the time is allocated to discussing the business ideas.
Examination information
The grade is based on: Teaser (15%), the video PITCH (20%) and the BP (65%) prepared during the course.
All assignments are team based.
