Obiettivi
Upon completing this Lean Six Sigma course, students will:
1. Understand core Lean and Six Sigma principles and tools
2. Apply DMAIC framework
3. Identify and eliminate organizational waste
4. Use statistical tools for data analysis and process improvement
5. Create and interpret process and value stream maps
6. Implement Lean tools (5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke)
7. Perform root cause analysis (Fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys)
8. Calculate and interpret Six Sigma metrics (DPMO, Sigma level)
9. Lead improvement projects across various settings
