Biography
Graduated in Geoinformation (GIScience) from the University of Zurich (UZH), he earned the Doctor of Science degree (PhD) from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL).
Lecturer and head of the Observatory of Spatial Development (OST).
