Federico Lucchesi is a Ph.D. Student and Assistant at the Institute of Digital Technologies for Communication (ITDxC). He is a research associate in the project "Visualized relationships - functions and problems. A repertoire-oriented investigation of visual and image-related communication among couples and friends in Switzerland", funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNF).
He holds a BA in Communication Sciences and a MA in Advertising and Communication for the Public and Private Sectors, both achieved at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan. From 2012 until 2018 he also worked for several international companies as environmental journalist, digital communication specialist, copywriter and qualitative market researcher.
His research interests include online and digital communication, social network sites, micro-sociology of interpersonal communicationnon-verbal communication, creative and visual methods in qualitative research and psychology of communication.
He is the Ph.D. COM Representative for AA 2019/2020.
